Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Opened or damaged products are reviewed case-by-case — we'll always work with you to make it right.

How returns work

Reach out within 14 days

Email hello@tryfloatary.com with your order ID and a quick description. If you ordered the wrong thing or just changed your mind, that's fine — tell us.

We send a prepaid label

Pack the unopened product back in the original packaging. We provide a prepaid USPS return label — you don't pay for return shipping on legitimate returns.

Refund hits within 5 business days

We refund to the original payment method as soon as the package arrives at our warehouse. You'll get a confirmation email when the refund is processed.

What can be returned

  • Unopened products in original sealed packaging
  • Damaged or defective items (any condition — we'll replace or refund)
  • Wrong product shipped (we cover everything, no questions asked)

What we can't take back

  • ×Opened water care products that aren't damaged or defective (hygiene & safety)
  • ×Subscription orders past the 14-day window
  • ×Items returned without contacting support first
